Kitchen Inspiration

This kitchen reminds me of the kitchen from the movie Something's Gotta Give. I love the dark hardwood floors, the dark solid counter tops and the white cabinets with glass fronts. I would love to someday replace my appliances with stainless steel.
I also like the color combination in this kitchen. I have really been liking the apple green color in the kitchen, but I don't think I'm brave enough to actually commit to it in something as permanent as tile. Maybe a wall...

  5. Hi Alice...hope you were able to find the bread recipe. I have recipes mixed in with my general nonsense...I just posted another one a few minutes ago for a broccoli cheddar strudel. It is amazing...the bread recipe is easy but has some secrets to it's success that they don't tell you about. You can e-mail me before you try it and I'll let you know what to do so it comes out perfect on the first try.....Sue.

  6. I love the green tiles here. We wanted to do some like Tyler Florence has on his show, but figured the white subway tiles are more resale friendly.
PS Made your cookies and they are a hit!

I thought your chocolate cake looked delicious, and will be trying that soon. Looks like you have a lot of wonderful recipes. Thanks for the heads up on the broccoli cheddar strudel, that sounds really good too, I'll be by to check that out. My daughter loves broccoli!

Hi Sarah! Yay, you left a comment :) I'm glad you made the cookies, and they turned out.
I'm going to have to check out Tyler's tiles I don't think I've paid attention before.
