image: Martha StewartI spent the last day pouring over the much anticipated Martha Stewart's Cupcakes book.
Last night I made the Applesauce-spice cupcakes with brown sugar cream cheese frosting. The frosting is unbelievable! I would have never thought to use brown sugar, but it's really perfect on these cupcakes.

ReplyDeleteOh my but I may just have to put this book on my list for my BD this year. Your cupcake looks delicious and I like an apple spice cake in the Fall so I know I will like the taste of this. I wish I had one right now but I am dieting right now so reading all these food blogs is torture to me:)

The cupcake craze is still huge here Alice, & long may it continue to be so! This book will take a while to come across the Pacific, so thanks for the advance warning, it looks like a must have.
