No, it's not a black and white picture haha. Looking at this on the screen I realized there is no color in this room. That's ok, I kind of like it that way. I went from all of the bold, vibrant colors in French Country to this... Guess I needed a color break. I'm afraid the whole house is pretty much the same, more earthy colors...browns, whites, black, with a little green.
It feels a little less committal, more of a blank canvas.
I don't think it's lacking color at all, it's very serene and relaxing like a bedroom should be! Your slipper chair is so pretty too!

ReplyDeleteActually you know I think that a wee touch of "RED" would be very cute. Like a small vase with red flowers or something in it on the night stand. Although it is perfect just the way it is...very classic.

ReplyDeletesometimes calming colors are much nicer then bright colors....As I speak I just finished doing a post about everything red...so who am I to talk.....it will post over the weekend so come by to check out how crazy people decorate....
I think in the bedrooms the colors need to be more muted. Easier to fall asleep.
